About me

I am an Air Force veteran and reservist whose general research areas target mental health challenges that disproportionally affect veteran communities, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and suicidality. My goals are to investigate and validate emerging treatments, tools, and brief interventions that improve care for veterans, while also supporting military readiness and resiliency. Additionally, I collaborate across labs to integrate psychophysiological and neuroscience methods (EEG, HRV,  eye tracking) for innovative applications in veteran mental health.
