About me
My research centers on developing scalable, culturally adaptive digital mental health interventions (DMHIs) to expand equitable access for underserved populations. I specialize in Single-Session Intervention (SSI) design from a contextual behavioral science perspective, aiming to address systemic barriers to care-seeking behavior. I am particularly interested in optimizing engagement with brief digital content, translating third-wave psychological processes into accessible digital therapies, and its application for adversity-exposed populations and the impact of trauma on psychological processes and social interactions.
